Rules and Regulations

 

Purpose

The Club will endeavor to provide a safe and neutral platform for persons of import, position and influence within the community.

The Club will have an exclusive and private membership policy.

The Club will enable its members to discuss matters of policy, politics and trade. Please do not hesitate to ask the Club employees for any additional help you may require.

The Club will attempt to provide any diversions and entertainments that the members should request.

 

Members

Members will be invited to apply on a case-by-case basis, subject to the approval of the Manager/Committee. Additional members after opening day must have a proposer from within the existent membership. This proposer will be responsible for the actions of the new 'associate member'. Any breach of the code of conduct will result in both proposer and associate being penalised. Associates will serve a minimum of two months while being assessed by the membership/Manager/Committee for full membership.

 

Guests

Any member and/or associate may on request to the Manager/Committee bring 'a' guest to the Club. No guest may enter club premises without his/her inviter. All guests will be subject to the code of conduct and viewed as 'temporary associates' with all rights, privileges and penalties therein. No member may bring the same guest for more than four cumulate visits.

 

Code of conduct

Any member of the club shall be expected to behave as a Lady/Gentleman while within club premises. Any breach of the below list will be viewed as Ungentle manly conduct and force a review of their status.

No weapons will be allowed on club premises, apart from those employed by club security
Any act of violence against staff/Members of the club
Verbal abuse of staff/Members
Damage to club property
Theft of club/Members property
Failure to pay monies owed to club, such as membership fees and/or bar bills, at the agreed time
Use of any/all magic's within club premises without specific instruction to do so from a club official
Falsifying Club Documentation

 

Upon breach of the code of conduct the Manager/Committee may:

Withdraw membership Impose a fine up to the maximum allowable by Trinsic Law per instance of breach
Suspend membership for a period not exceeding four weeks or two openings whichever is expedient
Decide upon any other punishment based on the specifics of the breach

 

 

The Club will accept no liability for trades/deals and/or agreements made by the club members inside or outside club premises. Nor damage, loss or theft of goods belonging to members, unless specifically agreed upon by the manager/Committee Before said incident. These rules are subject to change and or amendment in line with the clubs customer relations' policy
