Five Aces Stocklist

On an average Five Aces night we require the following items to set up (this does include a few spares and extra crates for positioning furniture and refreshes)

Small crates - 10
Small Table - 12
Stool - 20
Straw Chairs - 20
Large Table - 4
Menus - 14
Candles - 20
Torches - 10
Lantern - 5
Mugs - 10
Goblets - 10

Add to this the membership book and cards with red leaves for sealing...and food and drink.

The furniture is kept in the crates in Camigwen's basement. On a club night the furniture should be all neatly organised into bags for each furniture type and placed in the top crate in the basement. This easily all fits into one pack animal so it should only take one trip, with a second needed to collect food and drink.
